I have been working for the Southeast Civil Group since 2019. Working for The Southeast Civil Group has been an amazing experience. From the moment I started working here, I was entrusted with responsibility and was given amazing opportunities. As time went on, my responsibilities grew, and I was not limited to the position offered to me in the beginning of my employment. The ability to accel and reach a higher job status was not only a blessing but was achievable because of the constant support given by those training me. I had never worked for a company where it truly felt like everyone on the work team was a part of the family, until my time here at SEC. However, the idea of family is not limited to those inside the office but is extended to all members of your personal family as well. As a working mother, I have been truly blessed to find a job where my responsibilities outside of work are also acknowledged as important. Overall, the enriching amount of care, support, and a guidance given at SEC has made it where I have not only been able to succeed individually, but it has created a work environment that I personally believe cannot easily be replicated.
